Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, but many orders arrive within approximately 1–5 business days after shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $150 USD.

Oversized or specialty items may not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping may be available on select products when supported by the supplier or carrier.

Available shipping options will appear during checkout when applicable.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some Glow Diggity products ship from different suppliers or fulfillment locations.

Because of this, orders may:

arrive separately
ship at different times
include multiple tracking numbers

There is no additional charge for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking information can sometimes take time to update after a shipping label is created.

In some cases, carriers may not scan or update tracking immediately while the package is in transit.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us and we’ll gladly help investigate.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Glow Diggity ships only within the continental United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

in new condition
in original packaging
