Glow Diggity currently ships only within the continental United States.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for general informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Because Glow Diggity works with multiple suppliers:

  • items may ship separately;
  • fulfillment times may vary by product;
  • tracking availability depends on supplier support; and
  • delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Glow Diggity is not responsible for carrier-related delays, damages, or delivery issues beyond our direct control.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will attempt to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, new-condition packaging unless otherwise stated.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
