We’re excited to help bring more glow, color, and atmosphere into your world. Below you’ll find important information about how shipping works for orders placed through Glow Diggity.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note:
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Some products may ship from different fulfillment partners or warehouse locations.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email when available.
Shipping Rates
Glow Diggity offers:
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $99 USD
- Orders under $99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversized, hazardous, or specialty items unless otherwise stated
Shipping rates and options may vary depending on:
- product size
- weight
- destination
- shipping method selected at checkout
Shipping Locations
At this time, Glow Diggity ships only within the continental United States.
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
We may expand shipping availability in the future.
PO Box Deliveries
We may ship to qualifying PO Boxes when the billing and shipping information can be properly verified.
Some oversized, specialty, or carrier-restricted items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping method, and destination.
Most standard deliveries arrive within approximately 1–5 business days after shipment, though delays can occasionally occur.
Please note:
- delivery estimates are not guaranteed
- transit times may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or fulfillment delays
- expedited shipping options are only available on select products when supported by the fulfillment provider
- contact us with any concerns
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Because Glow Diggity works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, items ordered together may:
- ship separately
- arrive on different days
- include separate tracking numbers
There is no additional charge for split shipments unless clearly stated during checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available by the shipping carrier or fulfillment supplier.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking activity may not update immediately while the carrier receives and processes the package.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to get your order delivered quickly, delays can occasionally happen due to:
- weather conditions
- carrier disruptions
- supplier delays
- holidays
- high shipping volume
- other circumstances outside our control
If your order appears significantly delayed (generally more than 15 business days after shipment), please contact us and we’ll gladly look into it.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
Glow Diggity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Returned packages due to address issues may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
1. Please first check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors
2. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
3. Reach out to us at contact@glowdiggity.com
